- If cancellation are made 30 days before the date of travel then 25.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
- If cancellation are made 1 days to 30 days before the date of travel then 100.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
- In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.

- After your pick-up from your hotel in Koh Lanta, you are taken to the starting point of the Koh Lanta 4 Island Tour.
- Upon arrival, you are taken to the 4 island tour from either a longboat or a speedboat, according to the choice of your package.
- Enjoy snorkeling at Koh Chuek in the longtail boat package and snorkeling at Koh Ngai in the speedboat package.
- Snorkeling is conducted under the supervision of a professional and quality equipment is provided at the site.
- Next sail to Koh Mook, or "Pearl Island", where the Emerald Cave is located. While in the cave, swim on the hidden beach and in the lagoon.
- Visit Koh Ngai, enjoy a delicious Thai Buffet lunch and relax on the beach in both packages.
- Enjoy snorkeling at Koh Maa in the longtail boat package and retreat back to Lanta.
- Visit Koh Chuek followed by lunch and transfer back to Lanta.
- Have an experienced English-speaking guide accompany you throughout.
